Kettlebells can be used for the Dumbbells. There are 4 pairs of 35’s and 2 pairs of 50’s.

6 Alternating Straight Leg Raise + Toes to Bar

24 Double Unders

Crossfit Games Open 20.2 (Ages 16-54) (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

50-lb/35-lb dumbbells
