Today’s rep scheme is easily Broken up into thirds. 5’s on the snatches, 10’s on the wallballs, and 20’s on the jump rope. Partitioning workouts into more sets does not necessarily mean that athletes will get less work done. In longer metcons, this typically results in more work getting accomplished!
