Stagger on opposite 5 min intervals if short on rowers.

This is a power clean workout. Singles on the first round and singles or small sets on the second and third intervals is a good option. This is the only movement we’ll stop on, so try and keep rest time to a minimum. Find a steady pace on the Row and Burpees.
