WARM UP:

Coach says – run around the cones (or gym) until coach says freeze. Then go to the area coach calls out and do a movement for X amount of reps.

2 – cone races.

sit in the bottom of a perfect squat. coach will call out different body parts to point to. when coach says “CONE,” kids race to see who can touch the cone first

SKILL:

Plank – over and under course

set up two lanes that have obstacles to go under and over (in a plank- so set up a cone or something they need to do a roving plank to clear). Make into a competition to make more fun

WORKOUT: partner AMRAP

5 push ups (each)

5 high five sit ups

1 wheelbarrow walk down and back

GAME:

partner tag (everyone is in a game of tag with only their group of 2 or 3)
