Warm up:

2 Forward rolls -> 10yd Lunge walk -> 10 yd Roving plank -> Zig zag Bear crawl around the cones

Skill work:

Rope climbs

*start laying on floor (scale)

*add box to learn to hook feet.

*try rope climbs

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

7 Push ups

7 Tuck jumps

7 Kettlebell swings
