Plank Hungry Hippo

(put a bunch of beanie bags in the center of the room and set 2-4 teams. goal is to fill their team’s “tummy” with the most snacks) Must stay in a plank/bear walk!

SKILL:

Plank Contest – see who can stay up the longest

WOD:

WOD: AMRAP in a given amount of time of

*15m Lunge walk

*5 Ring rows

*10 Push ups

GAME:

Red Rover (if there are enough kids) plan B… red light green light.
