9 Strict Handstand Push-ups
Scale for HSPUs:

– Reduce Reps

– HSPU with feet on box

– Pike Push-up

– DB Strict Press

Looking to breakup the WBs into 2-3 sets (12-9 or 8-7-6). Move quickly on the Farmers Carry, take one break halfway if needed. Break up the HSPUs into 2-4 sets from the beginning (5-4 or 3-3-3 or 3-2-2-2).
