Strict Lynne (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds:

Max Bench Press (Bodyweight)

Max Strict Pull-Ups

Rest 3 Minutes Between Rounds
* This three minute allows for athletes to pair up on a bench so that they may spot each other

* Everyone should have a spotter, but If someone doesn’t for some reason, making sure the bar doesn’t have any clips on will make for a safe bail of the weights

* Although bodyweight is prescribed, we want to choose weights of variations that athletes could complete 12-15 reps when fresh

* These are *supersets*

* You’ll move directly from the bench to the pull-ups and rest after the unbroken set of strict pull-ups
