Workout starts with 10 swings and 30 double unders. Swings and double unders happen on the 0, 3, 6, 9….

** Won’t be able to share rowers if short because athletes will be back on fairly quickly. In this scenario, go teams of 2 for a 5,000/4000 meter row. Switch every 250 meters and must complete 10 and 30 before you’re back on the rower
