Complete full rounds before switching
One partner will complete a full round while the other partner rests. Looking for quick transitions today.

Reset monitor on rower each round. Try to go unbroken on the KB swings and focus on your breath. For the burpees turn the brain off and go, move quickly, but hit that full range of motion.
