25 Double Unders
5 Front Squats (building in weight)
If short on rowers stagger by 1 minute.
Athletes will build in load over the six rounds, taking the barbell from the floor. A squat clean on the first rep is allowed. With the time constraints and nature of the movement, looking for athletes to hold on for 5 unbroken front squats each round.
We’ll record total time it takes to complete each round and note the loads used on each in the comments.
