21 AbMat Sit-ups

15 Box Jumps (24/20)

9 Deadlifts (185/135)
Weight for DL should be something athletes could complete at least 25+ reps unbroken when fresh. Within the workout, only looking for 1 break maximum.

Knowing that the sit-ups are the lesser taxing part of the workout, we can use this as our “re-charging” station. A moderate cycle time on the box jumps will better allow athletes to get the bar and hold on for 1-2 quick sets.
