I was introduced to Crossfit in 2010 while serving in the Navy. My first workout had rowing, pull-ups, and thrusters in it and afterward I was floored. To me it resembled the same feeling you get after a wrestling match which got me hooked immediately. It exposed my weaknesses and gave me a new perspective on fitness.

Through the years it has been a challenge finding the proper guidance in the Crossfit world which is why I got into coaching. I’ve been a competitor my whole life, and love working with like-minded people. My favorite times in the gym are when I’m being surrounded by curious people with a willing attitude.
