Then, with a 30 minute time cap, complete the following :

15 Ground to Overhead 95/65

18 Wall Balls 20/14
CrossFit Hamptons, along with @crossfitkryptonite of Center Moriches, will be honoring the sacrifice of the Jolly 51 crew with a fundraiser and Hero WOD on May 12th. Center Moriches’ own Capt. Andres O’Keeffe was the co-pilot on the Jolly 51 when it crashed. He is survived by Allison Denniston. There will be a minimum $20.00 donation and all fundraiser proceeds will go to her. This fundraiser/WOD is open to all crossfitters and non-crossfitters alike. For all you “newbies,” you’ll get to experience your first CrossFit workout while donating to a worthy cause. Your workout will be scaled (modified) accordingly. Heat times are 9 and 10 AM. Please arrive 15 minutes early to donate (all participants) and fill it a waiver (if you are new to CFH).
