Teams of two

“Running Karen” teams of 2

150 wall balls for time

(One partner must do as many walls balls as possible while the other runs 200m)

2 min rest

100 box jump for time

(Partner must hold a plank while the other completes 10 box jump, switch every 10 reps)

2 min rest

90 burpees for time

(While one partner does a set of 5 bupees the other must hold a squat at the bottom position)
