WARM UP:

3 Rounds

leap frog 10 yds -> 10 yd Line hop -> Bear crawl 10 yds -> Crab walk 10 yds

SKILL (2):

Descending Deadlifts:Place a kettlebell on top of stacks of plates in increasing numbers in a line across the floor. Athletes start at a stack that sets the kettlebell an inch or two lower than the hang position and deadlift the kettlebell. Athletes keep moving down the stacks as long as neutral spine is maintained.

KB Carry- Carry the Kettlebell with a strong back around the cones and back (from each height)

WOD: *18.3 KIDS*

2 Rounds:

10 Y Squats

:30 Sec. Jump Rope

5 Pull Ups

:30 Sec. Jump Rope

10 Alt. Shoulder>Overhead

:30 Sec. Jump Rope
