Warm up:

-have someone demonstrate & go over thrusters, line hops, and *fast* spins in place…

CrossFit Baseball AMRAP

1st base: 10 thrusters

2nd base: 20 linehops

3rd base: 3 fast spins in place

Skill work:

1) Pull up progression: Strict

-start from knees to build up strict strength, then raise the bars for jpu.

2) Box jumps – not too high, maybe stick with plates (just practicing and setting up for the workout)


AMRAP in a given amount of time of

**5 Pull ups

**10 Box jumps

**1 Cartwheel or forward roll
