Alternating Tabata: Jump Rope and Push Ups

Skill work:

Push Up/Plank Drills on wall first.

Set Partners. Have them face eachother in a plank. Tell them to high five… then with the other hand. Repeat in a plank on the elbows. Lift one arm for a side plank, switch.

Do a full circle (side plank, reverse plank, side plank) and return.

Roving plank a few steps.

Walk hands and feet in a 360.

Do a few push ups – chest all the way to the ground, come all the way up.

Repeat several times.

Metcon (No Measure)

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

10 Kettlebell Deadlifts

Bear Crawl 1 Length of the Gym

5 Pull ups


Clean Up Your Room:

Split group up into teams (2-4 teams) and give each team a hula hoop (which will represent their “room”). Each team starts with X amount of bean bags in their room. Goal is to “Clean up your room” by moving all bean bags out of your room and into the other teams’ rooms!
