Even minutes: 25 Double Unders

Odd minutes: 5 Thrusters 95/65

12 Minute AMRAP:

3 Box Jumps

3 Wall Balls (20/14)

3 Sit Ups

6 Box Jumps

6 Wall Balls (20/14)

6 Sit Ups

*Increase by 3 reps each round

-2 Min Rest Before moving on to workout #2-
Score is rounds and reps completed in the 12 minute AMRAP.

1 Round = #Box Jumps, #Wall Balls, #Sit Ups. (If you get passed round 15, your score would be 5+the reps completed in round 18).
