WARM UP:

Tabata outside!

SKILL:

Kettlebell Well (with a KB attached to a rope and strung over the rig, have kids lift, using the rope, all the way from the floor to the rig, and lower slowly.)

WOD: AMRAP

Farmer’s Carry across gym

4 air squats

4 push ups

4 jumping jacks

Farmer’s Carry Back

GAME:

Splat (roadkill)

kids line up on one side of the gym… if it’s a large group, half the kids line up on the side, and half line up to run across gym) the runners must run across the gym on the count of three and dodge the balls thrown by those on the side. 2 push up penalty if you’re hit. keep switching up the teams
