CrossFit Hamptons – CF Kids

Metcon (No Measure)

Warm up: 3 Rounds of

20 sec Squats

20 sec Jumping jacks

20 sec Bear crawl

(do it out front if it’s nice! add some races)

SKILL:

Plank rollover relay (two teams – come up into a plank and roll over to get to the other side – whole team must make it down and back)

Partner WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of the following.

*Push ups (7 each- taking turns)

*Star Jumps (5 each- taking turns)

*Toes to bar (3 each- in a row)

GAME:

CrossFit Baseball (keep it simple)
