WARM UP:

Mixed Tabata, run if it’s nice.

SKILL:

Plank practice

…then…

Mobile Plank “races” with med balls!

WOD:

“Over and Out”

6 Burpee-med ball tosses over the fence (line of boxes)

6 Laps around the gym (change movements throughout workout- keep them medium/fast paced… jogging, skipping, shuffles, etc…)

GAME:

GaGa (make a border with the boxes to keep the game enclosed)
