WARM UP:

*20 sec Push ups

*20 sec Broad Jumps

SKILL WORK:

*Stinkbug up the stairs: Athletes start in a Stinkbug position with their hands and feet on the floor. Keeping hands the same relative distance from feet (hands stay on floor, feet walk up), walk feet up graduated boxes or plates to work towards the “toes on box” version of the stinkbug position. Carefully walk feet back down to floor.

*handstand hollow hold practice (count how long you can stay up)

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

*YOUR AGE# Stinkbug push ups -> Forward Roll -> Bear crawl 10 yds

*10 Box jumps
