Snatch Balance (E2MOM 5 x 5 )

You can use a dip on this to get momentum. Balance and accuracy are what we are looking for.

Hip Snatch + OHS (E2MOM 5 x 5 Power Snatch + 5 OHS)

Compare to last week. Technique is crucial. The overhead squat is the most important position and when perfected has immense carry over to other athletic movements.
