Strict Pull Up (5 sets)

First set is for max reps. You will then rest 2 minutes and do 4 sets at 60% of your max reps. Use a band if you need to and rest 2 minutes between.

Supinated Grip Bent Over Row (4 x 10 )

2″ pause at top of the pull

Metcon (No Measure)

50m Weighted Sled Push

x 5

(rest as needed)
Choose the weight on the sled push. Move fast!
