The row is the pacer. We’re coming off rest, but it takes a lot of effort to get reps here than on the other movements.
Aim for 1-2 big sets on the Med Ball Cleans, its not about fast cycle time, just not stopping.
Looking to find a fast cycle time on the sit-ups. With rest coming, we want to move quickly as this is the easiest station to get reps.
