Power Clean (Build to a Heavy Set of 3)
Athletes will have 15 minutes to build to their heavy triple power clean.
Looking for “touch and go” for the 3 reps

10 Power Cleans (135/95)
This should be under a 10 minute workout – less than 2 minutes per round. Adjust weights/number to achieve that.
Manage the first 3 rounds so you can sprint on the last 2.
