18 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)

27 AbMat Sit-ups
Burpee Pull-UPs: Standard is chest and thighs to floor and chin over bar. Choose a bar that is just out of reach of a fully extended arm

DB Snatches: Choose a weight you could complete 30+ when fresh. These are alternating reps. Ideally unbroken or 1 break maximum during the workout.
