Workout strategy: Consider taking breaks on the DUs and the T2B. For the Row and DB snatches, focus on finding a steady pace.

For DUs look to complete the 60 reps somewhere between 1-3 sets. Examples:

1 Set: 60

2 Sets: 30-30

3 Sets: 30-20-10

For the T2B manageable sets will be important in avoiding burnout. Examples:

3 Sets: 12-10-8

4 Sets: 8-8-7-7

5 Sets: 6-6-6-6-6

6 Sets: 5-5-5-5-5-5

If short on rowers stagger by 2 minutes.
