*20 sec Jump rope

*20 sec Plank hold

*20 sec Squats

SKILL WORK:

*Hang cleans – first with nothing, then a dodgeball, maaaaaybe a med ball. Work on form (dip-shrug-drop-stand)

*handstand bridge (against the wall, everyone crawls through… try a few times and time them to see how fast they can all get through) OR do it on the floor in down-dog.

WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps of

*Hang power cleans

*Handstand kick ups/Donkey kicks
