SKILL:

Med ball “Granny toss” (Think Kettlebell Swing)

WOD:

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of

-5 Med ball Deadlifts -> Granny Toss to partner (each)

-5 Med ball Front Squats -> Thruster Pass to partner (each)

-10 yd Wheelbarrow walk (each) (horizontally across gym)

GAME:
