Metcon (No Measure)

WARM UP:

3 Rounds

*10 yd Inch worm -> 10 yd Grapevine (right) -> 5 Kipping swings -> 10 yd Grapevine (left)

SKILL:

*Clean and Press: Taking turns with a parter, practice DB Clean and DB Press. Practice linking the two movements. Then, try doing just one arm at a time.

WOD:

With a partner, perform as many reps as possible in 3 rounds of the following

*30 sec Medicine ball pass

*30 sec Alternating Squats

*30 sec Relay Run
