WARM UP:

Outdoor run with exercises every telephone pole.

SKILL:

-broad jumps (from a starting point, have them take off and mark with chalk where they land.)

SKILL 2:

-thrusters

—-can play tag… everyone is it. when you get tagged, do 3 good thrusters!

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of:

-5 thrusters

-broad jumps across floor

-5 sit ups

-broad jumps back across

GAME:

Hot Potato
