On the OHS choose a weight you are capable of completing 25+ reps unbroken when fresh

Ideally finished in no more than 3 sets within the workout.

2 Sets: 15-15 or 20-10

3 Sets: 12-10-8 or 10-10-10

Slow down last 5 calories on the row for quick transition to first set of overhead squats
