3-Position Power Snatch (7 X 2)

High hang, hang, from floor. Build to a heavy complex (doesn’t need to be a 1 rep)
15 Minutes to complete 7 X 2 @ 75%

This complex is more about hitting the positions and moving well than it is weight on the barbell. Heavy is relative for the day. Where form starts to break down is a great place to call it.
