Warm-up (No Measure)

Warm up:

Switch Sides: Divide the group in half and line them up facing each other on opposite sides of the room. Select a way to cross the space and call “switch!” to signal them to switch sides. Repeat with as many different movements as you can think of.

Skill Work

Metcon (No Measure)

Cupid Shuffle Planks
Roving right and left

“kick” lift one arm at a time

“Walk” walk in a 360.

“down” = push up

do either high knees or jumping jacks for the rest of the song.

Work out of the Day

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

1-3-5-7-9 Pull ups

2-4-6-8-10 Lunge Steps

If you get all the way up to 10, just start over again!
