Wall-up tunnel: The class lines up along the wall and performs a wall up to the height they can support and control. The person at the end of the line crawls through the tunnel and the does a wall up at the end. The group moves through the tunnel one at a time building it at the end until all members have had a chance to crawl through or you reach the desired destination.
In teams of 3-4, complete the following relay style
5 Hang power cleans -> Bear crawl 10yds -> 1 Handstand kick up
Change the cleans to front squats (or other movements) as well as vary method of travel, as desired.
