Warm up:

2 Forward rolls -> 10yd Line hop -> 10 Kip swings -> 10 yd Crab walk

Skill work:

Sled/Jump Box Push: Recommend using a light sled or jump box on turf. Try with arms straight and arms bent.

WOD:

In teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible of

1 Sled push each

5 Burpees each

7 Box jumps
