Then Power snatch 3X5
Work up to a weight you are comfortable doing 3 without putting the bar down

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds of:
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
10 Front Squats (135, 95)
10 Burpees
Rx Plus is overhead squats (115, 85)
