Main – CrossFit

Warm Up (No Measure)

Partner up and perform 2 sets each:
Row 150 meters
Partner hold plank in top of pushup until row finished

Then KB Snatch Prep
2-3 sets of 4-6 reps – build to weight for workout

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time
Row 250 meters
10 Alternating KB Snatches (53/35)
15 Hand Release Pushups
